Corporate Accounts

We know that individual business travellers and companies have differing car rental needs.

Our corporate accounts are tailored to your company's specific requirements and travel policies. Payment Options Season car Hire offer three tiers for corporate accounts.

14 day credit
28 day credit

All three of the above are availble with the following options.

Corporate Monthly Billing Statement

Only available to companies who qualify. One monthly statement shows all employee rental activity for each month. You pay by writing one check or bacs transfer. Authority can be given via email. Individual Monthly Billing Statement

Only available if your company maintains separate expense accounts for each employee and have at least 20 traveling employees. Every month, individual travelers receive a statement showing their personal rental activity for that month. Statements can be addressed to each employee at either their business address or residence. This way you are able to monitor who and where individuals spend there money.

Tier 1. Payed in advance In this tier the company must pay for all hire in advance.
Tier 2. 14 day credit Pending on a succesful application for credit you may be provided the option for 14 day credit.
Tier 3. 28 day credit Pending on a succesful application for credit you may be provided the option for 14 day credit.
